PA Auckland A High Court judge at Auckland has reserved decision on an application ’to challenge the findings of the Thomas Royal Commission before the Court of Appeal. The Police Association will seek to set aside findings of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the conviction Of Arthur Allan Thomas which, it is claimed, amount to criminal allegations aginst former police officers.
