'Don't waste that special person. — you'

solid belief in that marvellous human being — yourself.

' Become better informed. Absorb? the information offered by the various media, chew it over, understand it, have a point of view, and discuss it.

Always be prepared to learn from the various opinions of those who surround you. There are “experts” and books on everything. If you have a problem, leave the house and its endless domestic demands, and go to the library or other information outlets to seek knowledge on any subject from cooking to conception and cot deaths; from drugs and drinking to sports and arts; from places to phobias; from teen-agers to old-agers. There is just so much to learn. This is the age when information is no longer a privilege but is there to help and fulfil every one of us.

The facts show that a woman’s world, is still very much under the influence of men.-. \

girl friends, to a husband, to the children, to the grandchildren.

What do you get out of this mental, physical, and emotional service? Possibly a great deal, and by your very nature this is what you most ■want.

On the other hand, maybe there is a legacy of hate and regret.

How sad to waste that special person — you.

It is of importance to reserve some of yourself for yourself. But in giving the rest of you to others, in whatever situation you live, a natural balance can be reached. If you suffer being a martyr, who else really cares?

So get off your chuff and build inside yourself, shortcircuiting and destroying anything negative — every monthly up and down, every day of the year. "Identify the people you truly like, and let them know how you feel. Liking and loving, to be liked and loved, is the greatest joy.
