Minister holds talks
NZPA-Reuter Athens The New’ Zealand Minister of Defence (Mr Thomson) has held talks with the Greek Prime Minister, Mr George Rallis, on bilateral and international issues, a Government spokesman said.
Mr Thomson later met the Greek Defence Minister, Mr Evangelos Averoff-Tositsas, and the Foreign Minister, Mr Constantine Mitsotakis. Mr Thomson also met the Agriculture Minister. Mr Athanasios Kanellopoulos, with whom he discussed agricultural trade between the two countries, particularly the export of New Zealand meat to Greece, a member of the European Economic Community.
