Aust. farmers seek N.Z. potato ban
NZPA Melbourne A meeting of Victorian potato growers at Bungaree, 90km west of Melbourne, has decided to oppose any move to allow free entry for New Zealand potatoes to Australia. The Victorian potato growers fear that free entry for New Zealand produce could be detrimental to them.
