$300 gift for school

St Andrew’s College has raised $3OO as an Easter gift for Onesua Higa School, in Vanuatu.

The money will be used to buy a pew for the new chapel at the school and for sports equipment. Onesua High School was established in 1953 and has close ties with Christchurch. Two headmasters of the college were educated at St Andrew’s -—. Mr lan Gray, the first headmaster at Onesua, and the Rev. William Francis.

Onesua High School is a mixed Presbyterian college catering for 200 pupils, mostly boarders, on the main island in tbe Vanuatu group, Efate.
