PA . \ Masterton ; Masterton’s Waingawa freezing works, has killed more uian 300,000 sheep and lambs this season, the highest pfe-Christmas figure in the history of the works! - The .works’ manager, Mr P. Goddard, said that the tally for the week ended December 20 was more than 49,000, another record for the works, although this had been achieved by working over-, time-and on Saturday.
