The man heading the 20 policemen investigating the attack, Detective Senior-Ser-geant T. O. Tozer, said that the inquiry was proceeding slowly but surely. ' Two youths 'were arrested late last evening and charged with assaulting one of the other ••occupants of the car. One of them has also been charged with- .wilfully, damaging-it. - - Both will appear in the District Court at Takapuna today.
