Admitting that they had committed “unpardonable crimes,” three bureaucrats and the captain of a towing ship have been, sentenced to terms varying from one to four years for their part in the capsizing of a Chinese oil drilling rig in the Gulf of Bohai in November The official Xinhua ! News Agency said the four men were convicted of dereliction fcf which led to the 'accident. . The Minister of petroleum has been sacked and a vice-Premier censured 1 for negligence, in the case. — Peking. ’
