NZPA Kingston, Canada New Zealand’s Ed Moe had a second place yesterday, while Walter Rothlauf, of Munich, West Germany, continued to dominate midregatta standings in the fifth world laser championships, at Kingston, Canada. Rothlauf enjoys a 3.5-
point lead over Ed- Baird, of the Uriited States, who was third behind Rothlauf and the winner, Sjaak Haakman, of the Netherlands, in one of the three races yesterday. Moe and John Cutler, both of New Zealand, follow in over-all standings with 11 and 15 penalty points, respectively.
