Writ by Sealord
PA Nelson 'Sealord Products, Ltd, has lodged a writ in the High Court at Nelson against Hufflett Trawlers, Ltd, and Charles Hufflett, Sealord’s former managing director, over ownership of the 26m .trawler Huffco. ■ ;■ Under an interim agreement reached by the parties .disputing .. • ownership, the $250,000 vessel was yesterday morning returned to the Sealord wharf. ’ 'The trawler will be renamed and put to sea within ’three days with a Sealord crew, fishing for Sealord, which will charter the vessel from Hufflett Trawlers.
