Southern sale
Special Correspondent Invercargill The committee of the Southland branch of the New Zealand Thoroughbied Breeders’ Association concluded plans this week to conduct a sale of yearlings, two-year-olds, untried stock, racing stock and broodmarcs. The sale will be held in Invercargill on Monday, November 24. The emphasis will be placed on yearlings and two-year-olds. The sale coincides with the summer meeting of the Southland Racing Club, on November 22 and 25.
