N.Z. aid for Zimbabwe
PA Wellington The New Zealand branch of the Save the Children Fund has sen t a young doctor to Zimbabwe. The fund also plans to send two New Zealand nurses. to Zimbabwe ..s part of a $40,000 aid project. The Save the Children Fund is the first aid organisation to give assistance to Zimbabwe since the recent General Election there It plans to set up mobile clinics with two medical teams to serve refugees as they return to be rehabilitated back on their land,The New Zealand doctor who Las-goneto Zimbabwe is .Dr-Jeffrev'Hanna, aged 30.. of.. Auckland. He will spepialise 'in. the care of mothers and children.
