Charge of obscene exposure

A man. aged 28, charged with wilfully and abscenely exposing his person in the sand dunes at North Brighton Beach was remanded without plea to April 16 by Judge J. S. Bisphan in the District Court yesterday. Counsel (Mr J. E. Butler) said arrangements had been made for his client to have a psychiatric examination. The alleged offence was said to - '.have occurred on March 30. At the request of Mr Butler the Judge granted interim suppression of the defendant’s name. Bail was set at $5OO. ’
