Rugby school
Lincoln College will once again be a hive of rugby activity this week-end when the eighth Wills national coaching school for promising young players is held there. Eighty players, all aged under 19 on April !, have been invited to the school, and for the practical exercises they ' will be divided into four teams of 20. The school will once again be under the direction of Mr Noel Bowden, of Auckland, and he will be assisted by a team of visiting and local coaches. The locals include Dr Jim Stewart and Messrs John Creighton, Ken Jane, and .Jerry Rowberry. Mr Russell Thomas, of the N.Z.R.F.U. council,-will open the school tomorrow evening. It will end on Sunday evening.
