Abortion delays
PA Wellington The opening of Wellington’s new abortion clinic has been delayed several' weeks, It was originally expected to be completed in April, but Wellington Hospital Board officers now put the date at midMay. The delay seems to have been in getting final Health Department, approval on the tender for converting. the old Ewart nurses home.
The approval finally came through yesterday, and the board’s director of works (Mr A. M. G. Dowling) said he expected work to start next week.-
