A political science graduate from the University of: Canterbury, Mr J. A. Allen., has won' a United States, Government travel award. ; With 12 other young people from East Asian and! Pacific countries, Mr Allen, aged 23. will tour the United: States and concentrate on a study theme, “Resources fori the Future.” This will in-1 elude a seminar in Washing-, ton D.C. with the president! of a research foundation! called “Resources for the! Future."
