Ridley (Lab, Taupo) moved .he introduction of the Electricity Amendment Bill, a private member’s measure, but the introduction debate was interrupted by the dinner adjournment at 5.30 p.m. After the adjournment the House took urgency on the second reading of the National Development Bill. The house adjourned at 12.08 this morning with the second reading still not completed.
