NZPA Sydney A Sydney Central Court magistrate has set aside subpoenas against the South Wales AttorneyGeneral (Mr Frank Walker) and officers of the Corporate Affairs Commission issued by the entrepreneur, Harry M. Miller, in the Computicket case. Miller and a solicitor, Anthony Charles Badham Jackson, were before Mr K. Anderson, S.M. Miller faces 16 charges Involving alleged breaches of the Crimes Act and the Securities Industries Act. Four of the charges relate to alleged fraud and false pretence oyer the alleged receipt of 5200.000 from the Australian Opera.
