More hams stolen
Fifteen hams, valued at $540. were stolen from the M.M.M. Butchery in Pages Road, Aranui, at the weekend. More than 150 hams have now been stolen in burglaries of Christchurch butchers’ shops in the last two weeks. Liquor and cigarettes were stolen when the Hororata Golf Club’s premises at Glentunnel were burgled for the second time in six months at the weekend. The Darfield police are investigating.
