Electrical premises
The opening of the Hansen block has enabled Williams Electrical ,to shift from rented premises in Hilton Street to its own in Williams Street, formerly owned by Keys Pharmacy. The Hilton Street premises will be retained as workshop area. With their move, Williams Electrical are extending into the bulk purchase of stereos, television sets and household appliances, enabling a reduced retail cost. Postal ordering is a new service for the firm, which will gift wrap and deliver, or post free anywhere in the South Island. The new premises will have . an extended range of records and cassettes, covering all general categories, but any particular record not on hand may be ordered by request.
