PA Rotorua Little evidence was made public on the first day of a depositions hearing at Taupo in which a Taupo man is charged with the murder of a Turangi service station attendant on August 16. Evidence concerning six photographs taken by two police photographers was suppressed by Mr E. S. Tuckwell, S.M. The evidence presented was objected to by the defence counsel, Mr A. D.
