Doubt over match date
No date has yet been arranged for the one remaining Midland Coachlines Soccer League match between Woolston W.M.C. and Papanui W.M.C. The result will have no bearing on either end of the poifits table, but the secretary of the southern regional league council (Mr Trtvot Gotlermeyer) has said that the match will definitely be played. ‘‘lt is the usual policy to play out all regional league matches. It will be played lout,” said Mr Gottermeyer. Both teams will play in English Cup first-round matches on Saturday, but if both are eliminated the match could well be fitted in on September I.
