Liquidation
R. Tether (Insurances) Ltd, Auckland, has been placed in provisional liquidation by the Department of Justice after an investigation by the department. The company was unable to meet insurance claims on aircraft, ships, and vessels. The Provisional Liquidator, (Mr P. Evans) said that the petition to wind-up the company would be heard in the Su-p-erne Court at Auckland on September 12, — (P.A.).
