John Burns
John Burns and Co., Ltd, reports the appointment 1 of Mr D. M. Rouse as managing director upon the resignation of Mr H. W. Morton, who is returning to Australia. Mr Rouse, who is a senior executive with the M.S.I. Corporation,' has had extensive experience, in New Zealand and overseas in consulting companies, and with multi-national corporations. Reconstruction Subject to further directions being obtained from the Supreme Court, it is proposed to reconvene on October 23, the meetings called to consider the company’s reconstruction proposals. A further announcement will be made soon.
