PA Wellington The report of the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute was tabled when Parliament sat at 9 a.m. yesterday. Members gave five notices of motion. Ministers answered 18 questions. Two private members’ bills, the Parliamentary Powers Bill (Mrs Ann Hercus, Lab., Lyttelton) and the Auckland Municipal Abattoir Auctions Empowering Bill (Mr R. W.
