P.D.L. to resume
Employees at the Hazeldean Road factory of P.D.L. Industries, Ltd, were to return to work at midnight last night after a strike which , lasted six days. The employees met yesterday morning and decided to resume from the midnight shift.
A compulsorj' conference ( was called by the Minister of Labour (Mr Bolger) last week, and the conciliator (Mr L. Fortune) has reserved his decision. The dispute involves a complaint by the Engineers’ Union that a union delegate was dismissed unfairly.
