U.S. basketballers to tour
A men’s basketball team i from Long View High J School in Washington will j arrive in New Zealand on July 26 for a 10-match tour i of the country. ; Included in the itinerary < are three tests against the New Zealand junior men’s !
team. The party was to arrive today but travel problems have forced the tour to be put back a fortnight. Long View will play seven matches against provincial sides and will play at Cowles Stadium on July 27. The party will leave New Zealand on August 7.
