Dip into dairy’s till
An opportunist thief snatched more than $2OO in cash from the till of a dairy at the corner of Riccarton Road and Puriri Street last evening. The man had walked into the shop about 8 p.m. and had waited until the attendant’s back was turned before reaching over the counter, opening the till, and
f grabbing the money, said the i police. ' The man ran out of the i shop and had not been found t by late last evening in spite of an extensive search of the > area by policemen using 1 tracker dogs. The man sought was a European, aged about 30. of solid build. He was wearing ’ a yellow jersey and blue i jeans.
