Arrest in pharmacy
A man, aged 22, will appear in the Magistrate’s Court today, facing a charge of burglary after the burglary of Searells Pharmacy in Holmwood Road, Fendalton, late last evening. After receiving a telephone call at 11.45 p.m., the police went to the pharmacy and found the man in the shop. The police said he had gained entry by smashing a window with a sledgehammer. Nothing had been taken.
