Dated at Sockburn this 20th day of February, 1979. B. L. MOOAR, County Clerk. SCHEDULES CHANGE No. 21 — PUBLIC UTILITY WORKS The Town and Country Planning Act 1977 permits certain aspects of public services as predominant uses in all zones, e.g. power lines and sewer pipes. There are, however, other aspects such as M.E.D. kiosk substations, water and wastewater pumping stations, which are considered to be appropriate in most parts of the County so long as certain conditions, designed to minimise any detraction, are met. These public works are included in the change as predominant uses in all zones subject to certain conditions. ;,_ 6779
