I All records for stai dard-j bred sales in Australia were broken at the three-day Sydney yearling sales of Parramatta Livestock, which con!eluded on Wednesday. A colt with strong New Zealand affiliations realised 529.000, a record for Australia and New Zealand, the previous best being $26,000 paid in Christchurch two vears ago for Columbus. Offered on behalf of Karingal Stud, and clients, he was by Over Trick from a N.S.W. Oaks winner, Shy Castle (Play Bill-Shy), which had one start in New Zealand j from Freeman Holmes's; team.
