Ultra-thin watch
NZPA-Reuter Geneva A Swiss watch firm yesterday unveiled what it said was the slimmest watch in the world —1.89 mm thick — and urged Swiss industry to new efforts in its competition with Japanese and other foreign manufacturers.
The firm, Jean Lassale, of Geneva, said it would produce three of the slim watches every month at a price of 50,000 francs
