Robbery case
PA Wellington A woman aged 20, who robbed the Berhampore Post Office with a gas-operated Crossman pistol on August 28 appeared in the Magistrate’s Court at Wellington yesterday. She is Mary Anne Wharekawa, a welfare beneficiary, who was remanded to the Supreme Court for sentence on September 27. Bail of $5OO, with a surety of $5OO, was continued.
She had pleaded guilty.
