Boat burnt
Fire seriously damaged a| cabin cruiser in a shed nearj Bealey Avenue late last even-1 ing. About $5OOO damage had been done to the boat, said detectives investigating the fire. The boat was in a shed in the yard 'of M. L. Paynter, Ltd, off Bealey Avenue. It belongs to Mr Paynter. Two fire appliances atten-. ded the blaze which took; only three minutes to! ‘extinguish.
