Office space already sold
All the office space in a new six-storey office building to be erected in Armagh Street, has already been sold.
The building, which has a total floor area of 2400 square metres, has been sold on strata titles.
i It will be built on the site I now occupied by the Commercial Bank of Australia. [ which will occupy the ■ground floor of the new [building. ; Construction work is expected to start next month, [and the building will be I completed in August, 1979, at a cost of $650,000. [ New Zealand Structures Developments, Ltd, will erect the building; the architects are Warren and Mahoney.
