Speakers at an open forum on “Back to basics” educational reform in Christchurch on Monday will be Mr J. M. Leversedge, an intermediate school teacher, who will define basics; Mr C. C. McCready, a trade union secretary; Mr B. K. Gamsford. district senior inspector of primary schools; Mr J. M. Tocker, a chartered accountant and councillor on the Canterbury
