EXPLANATORY NOTE Without in any way affecting the force of the above notice the Canterbury Regional Planning Authority makes the following explanation:— The foregoing public notice is required by virtue of the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act. 1977, which came into force on the Ist day of June, 1978. The Canterbury Regional Authority wishes it to be known that any person or body who has made submissions to the Regional Planning Authority pursuant to the public notices given in respect of the Indicative Plan and the Objectives Report may make any further or additional or amended submissions touching any matter which it is felt should be included in the reviewed scheme but is not required to repeat any submission which has already been made. The Regional Planning Authority further wishes it to be known that all submissions made to it and discussions held with it by any person or bodv to date will be treated by the Regional Planning Authority as being submissions made and discussions held in respect of its review in terms of the 1977 act 7962|
