Registration may be made at time of planting but must be made within seven days after expiry’ of each quarter during which potato plantings were made. All plantings from April 1 to June 30, 1978, must be registered by July 7, 1978. The registration fee for the registration year which commenced April 1, 1978, is 68 pe rhectare and for plantings of less than one hectare a minimum fee of S 8 is payable. The fee is payable at the time of registration.
