A. and B. plans tax-free divs.
Andrews and Beaven, Ltd, has called a meeting of shareholders on July 26 to consider alterations to the Articles of Association of the company to permit payment of tax-free dividends. If this is approved application will be made to the Supreme Court for funds to be made available from the share premium reserve account, and other reserve funds.
