‘The Press’ burgled
A thief broke his way into three offices in the Gloucester Street frontage of “The Press” last evening while scores of workers elsewhere were busy preparing this morning’s issue. The offender left a trail of blood on the office tills, drawers, and files as he rifled them. His final booty was $5. The person gained entry to each office by breaking glass squares of the doors and causing about $7O damage. Drawers were pulled open and pieces of glass carpeted the floors. Police are investigating the burglary.
