Grosvenor div. raised
Grosvenor Properties, Ltd, plans to raise its annual dividend from 1.25 c a share to 2c a share (8 per cent) despite total group net profit falling 51.1 per cent to $187,077 in the year to March 31.
Group turnover fell 3.3 per cent to $315,236, and pre-tax profit rose ,7.3 per cent to $99,298. Increases in property values for the current year was $121,486, compared with $309,515 last year, accounting for the drop in the total profit.
The profit was after providing $1387 more for tax at $33,707.
The dividend is payable on July 31, ex dividend on July
