Odlins acquisition
Odlins, Ltd. has acquired through its subsidiary company, Zip Holdings, Ltd. of all shares in L. V. Rixon, Ltd, a Wellington-based private company engaged in marketing and installation of demountable partitioning. Consideration of the purchase of the shares was a cash payment, and it is intended that the activties of L. V. Rixon will be merged with the similar activities of Zip Commercial Interiors.
