Niven sells division

PA Auckland Niven Industries, Ltd, the Auckland-based engineering group, has sold its refrigeration and air conditioning division to A. and T. Burt, Ltd, engineers and merchants.

Pugh) said the division had been sold to A. and T. Burt as “a further step in Niven’s corporate policy of concentrating the group’s efforts into fewer mainstream activities.”
