The object of the proposed by-law is to repeal the scale of charges for the Ellesmere and the Hororata-Snowdon Water Race Districts as previously in force and to fix a new scale of charges as follows:— A charge of eighty two cents per hectare or part of each hectare, but with a minimum charge of $5. A full copy of the proposed by-law Is deposited at the County Office. High Street, Leeston, and is available to the inspection of the public during office hours until Friday, June 16, 1978.
