At the Annual Meeting members will be asked to receive and consider the accounts, balance sheet and reports of the Board and auditors for the year ended 31st December, 1977; elect an auditor in lieu of Rost Drew, B.Ec., F.C.A., who retires in terms of By-law 58 and is eligible for re-election; deal with any other business brought before the Meeting in accordance with the Society’s By-laws.
