7 wrestlers nominated
PA Dunedin The New Zealand wrestling team has been invited to train in the United States and attend a national coaching clinic at Colorado Spring, on Its way to the Edmonton Commonwealth Games In August. The invitation to train in the United States was extended by Mr John Dustin, of tne American Amateur Athletic Union.
At the 1974 Commonwealth Games at Christchurch wrestler, from New Zealand won a gold and two bronze medals. With a more experienced team this time, there are high hopes of winning more. The New- Zealand Amateur Wrestling Union has nominated seven wrestlers for the Games. They are— 57kg, B. Oldridge (Waikato); 62kg, R. Ratting "Waikato); 68kg, K. Reinstfield 'Auckland); 74kg, S.
