Appeal dismissed
The Court of Appeal : yesterday dismissed an ap-; peal by Andrew Robert Barry 'Rogers, aged 17, 1 unemployed, against conviction on a charge of murder of a boy, aged 14. Rogers was convicted in the. Supreme Court at Dunedin on September 8, 1976, of the murder of Brian Alexander Johnson, who was stabbed in a public playground at Oamaru. — (PA).
