PA Wanganui A fire which damaged the Greatford Railway Station' near Marton in the early! hours of Saturday morning was lit deliberately, the police .An empty shed was razed ! two hours earlier, and I accelerants are believed to; have been used in both cases.! There was no water supply to the buildings—the sta-! tion has been closed for; some time—and so water had j to be pumped from a nearby; The second fire was noticed | by a journalist on his wav to the Greatford blaze.
