FAMILY THIRD
The president of the Kaikoura Agricultural and Pastoral Association, Mr T. A. Blunt, is shown in the first of the photographs above, checking the show entries with the secretary, Mrs B. Flint. Mr Blunt, a farmer on the Inland Road, is in his second term as president, a position held in the past by his father and a grandfather. For Mrs Flint the show tomorrow will be her first. The other photograph shows a typical, Kaikoura scene — dairy cows whose production helps the economy of the area in the form of cheddar cheese.
