P.M. to be witness

PA Auckland The Prime Minister (Mr Muldoon) will be a witness for the plaintiffs in a SIM writ against the Government.

The plaintiffs are shareholders of Matai Industries, Ltd, the West Coast company which went into receivership in February, 1974. Mr Muldoon was a director of the company. They allege breach of contract by the Government when the late Mr Kirk was Prime Minister.
